We want you to be fully satisfied with your Talaria e-bike purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations, please review the following terms for returns and refunds.
You may request a return within 30 days of the original shipment date.
Items must be returned in their original sealed packaging, unopened and undamaged.
Once you receive a shipping notification, order cancellation is no longer possible; instead, a return request must be made.
Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been opened, used, altered, or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts.
Upon receipt and inspection confirming the product is complete (with original packaging and contents) and undamaged, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus shipping and handling fees.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the refund approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 15 business days.
