We want you to be fully satisfied with your Talaria e-bike purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations, please review the following terms for returns and refunds.


Returns Policy

  • You may request a return within 30 days of the original shipment date.

  • Items must be returned in their original sealed packaging, unopened and undamaged.

  • Once you receive a shipping notification, order cancellation is no longer possible; instead, a return request must be made.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been opened, used, altered, or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts.

  • Upon receipt and inspection confirming the product is complete (with original packaging and contents) and undamaged, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus shipping and handling fees.


Refunds Policy

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the refund approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 15 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank or payment account again.
