Talaria electric bikes are large and heavy, so we ship all bikes via Freight LTL (Less Than Truckload) service. Please ensure that you provide an accurate email address and phone number during checkout, as our freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
We offer liftgate service for customers who need assistance unloading. However, any additional delivery services, such as inside delivery, are the customer’s responsibility and cost.
Due to freight restrictions, some locations may not be reachable. If delivery to your address is not possible, we will notify you promptly to arrange an alternative delivery location.
We dispatch shipments four times per week. After your order confirmation, your bike will typically ship within 1-3 business days, depending on the time of your order.
Our warehouse network spans Europe, North America, South America, and Asia to speed up delivery. Estimated delivery times are:
Within Europe: 3–7 business days
International (outside Europe): 7–20 business days (depending on location)
Currently, we ship to over 60 countries worldwide. Shipping is not available to certain regions, including some African countries (except South Africa), Afghanistan, Palestine, Bangladesh, Guatemala, El Salvador, Jamaica, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Kosovo, Fiji, Indonesia, and others.

TalariaEBikeEU.com provides a 24-month limited warranty on all Talaria e-bikes. This warranty covers the cost of repair or replacement of defective parts due to normal use and maintenance, effective from the original purchase date.
Our dedicated support team is available 24/7 to assist with any warranty claims or technical issues.
Battery Warranty: Batteries carry a 12-month prorated warranty. Within the first year, defective batteries will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Warranty coverage duration remains based on the original purchase date. Please note: batteries must be assessed and approved as defective by our team for warranty eligibility.

We do not offer cash refunds.
Cosmetic damages such as scratches or minor paint chips are not covered under warranty but may qualify for negotiated discounts.
The warranty excludes normal wear items such as bearings, seals, chains, brake pads, and suspension components.
Damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper charging or storage, or use in racing voids the warranty.
The warranty is transferable but requires valid proof of purchase from talariaebikeeu.com.
